Wide and stable four-track base provides the best support stability. All body castings adopt box-structured design. Three-axis drive adopts precision ball screws.The three-axis screws are pre-stretched in order to eliminate the deformation generated by heating and to ensure the repetition accuracy of the machine. High-precision screw modular assembly is adopted,with parallelism and perpendicularity controlled within±0.01 of the whole length. To protect the drives axial motor and screw,three sections of protection are conducted,i.e.the software limit,the hardware limit and Urethane. Four-track design is adopted for stable base and saddle base to protect the excellent stability. Direct drive is adopted for motors and ball screws. Chip removal screws are attached to both sides of the base.
